For experienced executives, emerging leaders, and high potentials eager to achieve outstanding performance, lead with a clear purpose and unlock their own power and that of others.
It is my role to be your trusted advisor, support and confidential sounding board.
Together we will address the important issues you're facing. By examining situations from all angles, we will simplify the complex, uncover any blind spots and consider the bigger picture.
Broadly, there are three interwoven areas in which Executive Coaching can support current and future leaders:
This means that whether you wish to enhance your influence across a large team, accelerate your own performance in a new role or begin to trust yourself again, I can help.
In my experience, the majority of clients who undertake Executive Coaching emerge with a clearer vision, a more focused set of actions, as well as a reignited motivation and sense of purpose.
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is not an act, but a habit.” Aristotle
The most powerful leaders exhibit a strongly developed style and values-driven behaviour.
Work with me to develop your abilities to:
As a leader, you hold power and responsibility. To successfully motivate others and earn their commitment, it is important to demonstrate a clear sense of who you are as a leader to live by your ethics and priorities – essentially one must become a leader ‘worth’ following. I work to support people in defining their own authentic leadership style, and learning to demonstrate it naturally no matter the complexity or challenge they face.
‘A career’ is no longer a one path journey. Life changes constantly, and the most successful and fulfilled of people are those who are intentional about their direction. Reflection and strategic thinking are vital to ensure that the decisions you make are the right ones for you; aligned to your core values but also to fit your stage of life in the most fulfilling way possible.
Work we do together can include:
It is very common mid-career to find yourself in a period of uncertainty. Anytime between late 30’s and early 50’s you may can find questions arising within you which challenge you to reconsider both goals and trajectory.
The catalyst can be anything.
Maybe you find yourself with a poor boss and no matter how good your influencing skills, the relationship stalls. Perhaps you find yourself no longer aligned with the company you have worked in for many years, and would like to take a redundancy package. Maybe a health scare of some kind or difficulties at home may light the touch paper. Whatever the catalyst, reflection and refocus often surface.
Around this time your inner compass, your own innate talents and needs can become a much bigger driver. I often hear clients say:
“I need to find the environment where I can best apply my unique skills”; “I don’t want to waste my time on politics and blame”; “I have a vision and I would love to turn my passion into work”.
If this is you, let’s work on finding the answers for you.
Some continue in their current work, yet make a shift in attitude, approach and interactions with people and teams. Others make a more dramatic change, moving to a new vocation or perhaps moving to a different sector or industry.
No matter how experienced or successful we are, there is always work to be done to hone our skills. Not least because the demands of our careers shift and change regularly! It is common that the abilities and behaviours which brought us to our role may no longer be enough as we become more senior.
Personal growth & development work can include:
Those who keep working on themselves, who stay open and progressive are not only not outpaced by others, they become the ones setting the pace!
